He was a results driven senior executive and entrepreneur with more than 18 years of management, business development, sales and marketing experience in the interactive, e-commerce, telecomm and media industries. He has a proven track record of success, building scale for emerging businesses, effectively driving organizational change and creating necessary infrastructure to deliver sustainable growth. Prior to joining Infogroup, he was the Vice President of Interactive Sales and Marketing at Vertis Inc. Mr. Rios started his own full service Hispanic Advertising Agency, Rios Group, from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that, he served as the Director of Sales at CSG Systems from 2001 to 2003 and a Sales Manager at Encoda from 1994 to 2001. Mr. Rios attended the University of California at Los Angeles and studied biology.
