Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Employeees in smaller markets take on additional responsilibies without getting paid more. The company isolates and does not provide support to markets the way they should for a "large diversified" company.

Burnout causes toxic work environments.
Managerial distrust makes it difficult to cohere.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nothing. All toxic and life draining.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Replace defective management and replace with people who are qualified to lead.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview was fine. I shluld have researched more however.
The person interviewing was clueless about the industry.
