What is the best part about your compensation package?
PTO and 401k match at 1-1 up to 6%
The amount of things covered by the health insurance. They even cover chiropractors.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More PTO and combined PTO. Medical is not great.
The health insurance has degraded a lot over the last few years. Compensation is below market, but the culture and flexibility makes it worth it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
communication, and willingness to jump in to help if / when needed.
I believe we have built a very strong security technology company. one of the best parts about all of this has been the people I have the opportunity to work with.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people that work here just want to make a great product with no micromanagement
People are counting on us and we know it and it motivates us to do it for those people that need us to do stuff for them or else they will be in a world of hurt.

What did you like most about the interview process?
it is mostly straight forward and pretty quick
Three quick interviews with manager, director, and vp. Asked to basically talk about my skills and asked real world questions about how I'd handle things; no hypothetical "where do you see yourself in 5 years" stuff
They hired me after it was over.
Quick 30-minute skype call, but it was an intern interview.
it is a pretty simple process. we have made a number of changes to simplify the process over the last few years
