Working with entrepreneurs who are so passionate about their idea and getting to help them realize that dream is extremely fulfilling.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company has many various assets and it would be really nice to see stock options/equity opened up as a compensation option to more employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The entire company is built around recognizing other's work and accomplishments. Positive encouragement and feedback doesn't just come from managers, but from your own teammates as well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a very young and fun office culture. We work hard and often have irregular hours, but we push through that as a team and like to let loose together as well.
What did you like most about the interview process?
You must answer a set of pre-screening questions before setting up an interview and those take a good bit of time to thoroughly answer, but there is just one interview after that, so you get to avoid a long, multiple-round interview process.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Direct managers here have an open-door policy and have numerous times implemented change based on employee feedback and recommendations. No matter how small, everyone here is heard. Additionally, job opportunities often open up internally, and management is always looking to hire from within.
