In equity with others in
Pass over but younger- less expensive employees- while veterans are pushed out. A SERIOUS LACK OF EXPERIENCE
Field personnel have saved this company by cutting costs in this downturn. Yet, the only people making money are the managers and the uppers. Help out the guys who made this profitability happen.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Creative great good hard work
All very efficient and nice
All polite and self motivated
Everyone knows a little about everyone else's tasks, so in case of necessity, someone can take over seamlessly. And no one complains about lending a hand.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Sexual harassment is rampant commonplace
Coworkers are great workers. They are not the problem. The problem stems from a movement toward non oilfield experienced leadership.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Have fun days from hr like ice cream and trial mix parties
Have fun days to make work more interesting like make your own trail mix day and ice cream parties
Casual culture, and friendly atmosphere. Everyone says hi, and asks how you are doing, holds the elevator for you, and genuinely smiles all day long.

Go back to hands on work...computers and cameras will create environmental problems...but they save the company money and that’s all they want. It is no long

My supervisor was more concerned if I could understand and do the job needed, that worried about what I had done in the past. She did not compare apples to oranges.

I truly enjoy the data entry that I do, and I don't mind working extra hours during the week, because I get a long weekend.
