What are some of the best things about your team?
Dedicated to the mission and very hard working.
My team works very closely together and has good camaraderie
We get to help managers and employees solve problems to make this a better work environment.
We are trying to make a impact on the work lives of our employees and be responsive to what they want from the company; the exec team has been very supportive of that.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The dedicated workforce and lab staff.
We get to do work that impacts real people with serious health issues and make a difference in their treatment--and consequently their lives and the lives of their friends and family.
We get to see the impact of the work we do on real people (patients with cancer); our test and the science we do is proven to be effective at giving doctors better information about treatment options for their patients

The interviews were as much about personality fit as the job description

What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to work on projects that have real impact on the company and patients we're helping.
Working with managers to solve problems, anticipating issues and offering alternatives; getting to create things/processes to help make this a better work environment.
