Mr. Lewis B. Gardner, also known as Lew, Esq., has been Vice President of External Affairs and General Counsel at EQT Corporation since March 17, 2008. Mr. Gardner oversees legal and enterprise risk; external affairs; corporate communications, environmental, health and safety and the governance and corporate secretarial functions. Mr. Gardner joined EQT in March 2003 as Director of Employee and Labor Relations. He served as Senior Counsel at EQT Corporation from March 2004 to December 2007 and previously from March 2003 to February 2004. Prior to EQT, he was a Partner in the Houston and Austin, Texas offices of Brown, McCarroll & Oaks Hartline, General Counsel to General Glass International Corp., and Senior Counsel of Employment Law at Northrop Grumman Corporation (formerly TRW, Inc.). He serves as a Director of EQT Midstream Finance Corporation. He has been a Director of Rice Midstream Management LLC since November 2017. He has been a Director of EQT GP Services LLC, General Partner of EQT GP Holdings, LP since January 2015. He has been a Director of EQT Midstream Services, LLC at EQT Midstream Partners, LP since January 2012. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History at Duke University and a Juris Doctor degree in Law at Wake Forest University.
