Mr. John W. Gamble Jr. has been the Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Vice President of Equifax Inc. since May 21, 2014. Mr. Gamble served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Lexmark International Inc. from September 6, 2005 to May 20, 2014 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer from June 2009 to May 20, 2014. He served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Agere Systems Inc. from February 2003 to August 2005 and its Principal Accounting Officer until August 2005. From January 2003 to February 2003, Mr. Gamble was Agere Systems Inc.'s Senior Vice President and Business Controller and from January 2001 to January 2003, he was its Senior Vice President and Treasurer. Prior to Agere, he served in finance leadership roles with AlliedSignal, Inc., and then Honeywell International, Inc., following the merger of the two entities. He joined AlliedSignal in 1996, serving as assistant treasurer, vice president of business planning and analysis. From 1996 to 2001, Mr. Gamble held a number of finance positions at Honeywell International (formerly Allied Signal), including Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Honeywell Industrial Controls, Vice President of business planning and analysis and assistant treasurer. Prior to joining Allied Signal, Mr. Gamble held a number of positions with General Motors from 1986 to 1996, including Treasurer of General Motors of Canada and a Director of international acquisitions and divestitures. He began his career as an electrical engineer with Bethlehem Steel Corporation. He has been an Independent Director of CyrusOne Inc. since May 2014. Mr. Gamble holds Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Columbia Business School.
