401k match is very good
Benefits are good and i like the bonus.
They give annual bonuses which is very nice.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
at the rate they pay, if both you and your spouse are working two jobs, then maybe you can survive (one manager in my department, cannot even afford a car payment)
Yes. Pay needs to be better for staff taking care of the residents.
Terrible pay except if you are on the leadership team who each take home tens of thousands of dollars just in bonus pay each year.
A cost of living raise would be nice to have
They are the boss, they can do and make an offer to whoever they like
