at the rate they pay, if both you and your spouse are working two jobs, then maybe you can survive (one manager in my department, cannot even afford a car payment)
Yes. Pay needs to be better for staff taking care of the residents.
Terrible pay except if you are on the leadership team who each take home tens of thousands of dollars just in bonus pay each year.
