What is the best part about your compensation package?

Good medical with a low cost to employee, 401k match and company paid pention

Insurance coverage and price for it is fair

Employee contribution to Health Insurance is very low.

Annual performance bonuses (for certain roles and certain levels) are great and the rest of the employees get a year-end bonus regardless of tenure. Great, engaging events and celebrations throughout the year.

Health coverage is very affordable

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Women at higher levels are not fairly treated or compensated.

this company has changed immensely since I began there & not in a good way. Erie has lost it's sense of family, too corporate w/ low raises.

At the interview I was extremely comfortable and was not nervous at all. I was able to joke a bit and honestly felt like I was chatting with old buddies.

It is easy to apply internally for postings. I don't believe internal interviews feel intimidating due to our culture.

The recruiter is very kind and attentive. If you have a question or are confused they do not hesitate to call and help you so you can do your best.
