Listen to the staff and adjust your HR policies per country i.e. work rights and expectations are different in Australia vs India, for instance.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The amount of work I need to be proficient in, and the lack of overtime allowed, is not an equal ratio.
