What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are transparent and truly care about the team
They are always preparing for tomorrow, next year, five years down the road - they truly care about our people, future, and viability.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
For the size of our company they are fair and they have the employees best interest at hand.
For a company still on the smaller side (comparatively speaking) we have an excellent benefits package.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

What are some of the best things about your team?
They are a great resource and always willing to help out. They truly care about you as a person.
We are a diverse group and everyone has a voice. There is much respect for one another.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are a lot of celebrations of the successes at eShipping. We have a culture committee that continuously lifts the spirits of the company by hosting wellness events and having company parties. There is always an opportunity to get to know others.
There is a phrase we use, that we're "People-Inspired Shipping" and it holds true.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

I got to meet a variety of people, but it was 5 interviews with c-suite and took over two months.

A sense of accomplishment - you are continuously learning something new.
