Bring in a experienced management team
CEO is a joke and he has hired too many incompetent and false executives
It is probably too late...the Board of Esperion has appointed a despot who in turn has built a completely dysfunctional team of fake leaders....this is the state of affairs at Esperion.
The Board appointed an incompetent CEO who also happens to be a terrible person, and he in turn has built a dysfunctional management team who in turn take out their frustrations on the people that work hard
Just like any culture built on a corrupt set of behaviors you cannot change it unless you change the people doing it...
scrap the whole management team and start over
Management sets the tone....get rid of the incompetent two or three senior people and replace them with qualified true leaders
