Executive Bio

Mr. Christopher Brush, Chris has been Senior Vice President of Affiliate Sales and Marketing at ESPN, Inc. since March 2012. Mr. Brush provides creative direction and marketing support to distributors to market all of ESPN's products and services to their consumers. Those products include: ABC Family, Disney Channel, Disney XD, Disney Junior, ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU, ESPN Deportes, ESPNEWS, ESPN Classic, ESPN Goal Line, ESPN Buzzer Beater, ESPN 3D, ESPN GamePlan, ESPN FullCourt and ESPN3, as well as VOD and authenticated services and other emerging media businesses. Mr. Brush served as vice president, marketing where he led the marketing of ESPN-owned franchises and events such as X Games, The ESPYs and SportsCenter, as well as for several media platforms (Radio, ESPN the Magazine and ESPNews). In addition, he oversaw marketing for ESPN's content development division (30 for 30, Mayne Street, Homecoming) as well as ESPN.com's local web site initiative and the rebranding of Disney's Wide World of Sports Complex. He joined ESPN as vice president of marketing for Mobile ESPN in July 2006 overseeing the marketing and advertising efforts of the company's mobile business. Prior to joining ESPN, Mr. Brush worked for DIRECTV, Inc. as vice president of marketing, responsible for managing all customer marketing campaigns for sports packages, movie services, pay-per-view, basic networks, publishing and sponsorships. He also led the national marketing campaigns for DIRECTV's exclusive sports properties, NFL Sunday Ticket and the NCAA's Mega March Madness. Previously, Mr. Brush was the director of marketing partnerships for the National Basketball Association. Prior to that, he was the director of DBS marketing for the league. In these roles, he managed all aspects of NBA & WNBA sports subscription packages. He was graduated from Union College with a bachelor of arts degree in economics and political science.
