Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

very low if compared to the market rate.

Below market pay to most employees.

Raises are given to managers only. Or people that have friends in executive team.

My boss and his boss, the president, only compensate people they like. Not people that do best work.

Get trained more in company processes.

Most co-workers I had worked with in Fremont are are good at what they do. However, there are few bad batched due to relax hiring. Difficult to change their mindsets.

Managers only care about themselves.

Unless we start acting like Sony, Philips, Boeing, Raytheon, Google, Apple, Amazon, it is going to be very difficult to make any improvements. Likely house cleaning and change in most upper managment will be required to bring in new people who are more aware of the business and customers.
