What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team should listen to employee input. A lot of them have no medical background and it shows. They don't even know what we do in our roles

Fully vested, good 401k up to 7% match

Mary Beth Kester was my only interviewer and she was Awesome! Very at ease, nice, personable, friendly and smart,(we still miss her)

A steady to slow day that I can take time to spoil my cancer patients and have time to make everything Spotless. Perfect work weather!
