Go damage another company before they destroy ESTA
Except for a very few leaders, there is a culture of treating others poorly, not to mention how they treat women, and I am a man noticing their despicable behaviors

above average, expending here is not an issue!

equity for all, less burden, the covid situation hasn't helped the very poor lack of good ambiance culture

Good friendly people, all feeling lost
Skilled and business oriented team
The level of professionals, not all but a lot of them
deliver on time and cost efectively

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
A revamp of most of the managers C-suite included
maybe some people have to leave, they have been a long terminal decease, just hanging in there
What did you like most about the interview process?
Easy and casual conversation about everything
they set un the barrier quite high about expectations and benefits, workload, but then it all crumbles

The salary, although I do not make much, is a very decent pay
