Compensation on health is very very nice and house allowance is also attractive. But transport, perdiem and hard ship allowance is laughing. Mobile purchase is very corrupted and company is not keeping the promise to buying mobile apparatus for staffs.

In my mind compensation includes salary increments, so current salary and compensation is not going with the life level of our country. The life level of our country is radically increasing but the payment is decreasing.
