What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am paid fairly and the benefits are amazing especially the health insurance
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Guarantee access to benefits such as health insurance, avoiding cutting employees' hours for the sole purpose of making them ineligible for these basic rights.
Definitely undervalued. There is no consistency in structure that allows those who work hard and empower others to succeed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They can be very fun to be around and get along with. There are some that are super helpful and know how to be leaders towards others amd guide them.
The people that are meant to be there are great. Many people dont belong there for various reason. There is no culture or team atmosphere.
My team never gives up no matter how much the workplace is destroyed it's like they don't leave the ship even if it's sinking

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive is the effort the managers put in with the staff. Doing their best to do shift contests, highlight people, and when they can show leadership by turning mistakes into lessons
Good to learn a little bit of everything in the accounting world - general ledger, audit, system implementation, tax, due diligence

The woman who interviewed me was so sweet and direct about what they were looking for
Was quick and to the point.
It was years ago, but it was pleasant. I left the interview hopeful
Meeting ne candidates. Meeting new people
It gave me confidence that this is a company that values people, but in the reallity it wasnt true
