I believe the best part about the package, is our PTO/Holiday pay policy.

I wish group redistributes more profits with employees, and less with shareholders, as value is built by employees. As a listed company, I consider it is a same not having a profit sharing policy

Increased salary with the company's earnings

It is good 2 weeks off

I have been working here from past 10 years and i have got promotion only once and i had to beg to get the 1st promotion, this was 5 years ago and waiting for my next promotion even after upskilling. I see many of them are promotted even without basic skills and certifications. I'm under payed.

Limited and no growth dead end

I would expect higher hourly rate for more Responsibility role

I was paid well but most of the scientist are not paid well.

Better benefits package. Better bonus. Better wage increases. Less "reviews".
