My overall experience has been that I came in with little experience in the field, and now I'm a professional.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe the best part about the package, is our PTO/Holiday pay policy.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I did not get interviewed, I came in through a contractor and was hired full time after a few weeks.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing, is the cooperation between team members. We are all friends here, and many hang out outside of work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that the leadership team listens to the ideas of lower level employees, and they are very interested in rewarding good work.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that I have a job that is crucial to the business, and the company has so many benefits for us to enjoy.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team encounters various issues, and always comes together to solve them - even if it means going outside your job description. I feel that Eurofins employees and corporate actually care about people.
