Mr. Jeffrey B. Newman has been an Executive Vice President of Euronet Worldwide Inc. since January 2000 and its General Counsel since December 1996. Mr. Newman serves as a Secretary of Euronet Worldwide, Inc. He joined Euronet Worldwide Inc. in December 1996 as Vice President and General Counsel. He practiced law in Paris with the law firm of Salans Hertzfeld & Heilbronn and then with the Washington, D.C. based law firm of Arent Fox Kintner Plotkin & Kahn, PLLC, of where he served as a Partner from 1993 to December 1996. He established the Budapest office of Arent Fox Kintner Plotkin & Kahn, PLLC in 1991. He is a member of the District of Columbia, California and Paris, France bars. Mr. Newman received a B.A. in Political Science and French from Ohio University in 1976 and law degrees from Ohio State University and the University of Paris.
