Rick Weller — Chief Financial Officer, Chief Accounting Officer and Executive Vice President at Euronet Worldwide

Mr. Rick L. Weller has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Euronet Worldwide, Inc. since November 2002 and serves as its Chief Accounting Officer. Mr. Weller was the sole Proprietor of Pivotal Associates, a business development firm. From November 1999 to December 2001, he served as Chief Operating Officer of Ionex Telecommunications, Inc., a local exchange company and served as its Executive Vice President. From April 1999 to November 1999, he founded and served as its Chief Financial Officer of Compass Partners, a venture that lead to the formation of Ionex Telecommunications, Inc. From January 1999 to March 1999 he served as Chief Financial Officer of USA Global Link, an international long distance company. Mr. Weller served as Chief Financial Officer of Intek Information, Inc., an outsource service provider from 1997 to December 1998. From January 1990 to September 1997, he held various positions at Sprint Communications Inc., including Vice President of Finance for the Consumer Services Long Distance Group, Assistant Vice President of Finance for Sprint's Business Services Long Distance Group and Assistant Vice President for Sprint's Corporate-wide Internal Audit Group. From January 1990 to September 1997, Mr. Weller served as Vice President of Sprint Communications Corporation, where he was responsible for financial management. Prior to joining Sprint, he served as Senior Manager in the Financial Service Industry Practice of Price Waterhouse, an international public accounting firm. From October 1997 to January 1999, he served as Digital's Chief Financial Officer. He has been a Spider Technologies, Inc. since November 1999. He served as a Director of Digital Lighthouse Corp., since May 1998. Mr. Weller is a Certified Public Accountant and received his Bachelors Degree from Central Missouri State University.
