What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are focused on what matters towards the longterm success of the business, rather than micro managing or quick fixes.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay is fair, not top of the line
All non-tech team members are fully remote, which helps make a very flexible and employee-friendly work culture. The second biggest perk is the flexible vacation structure, which genuinely allows employees to take trips without feeling pressured to work during them.

Everyone focuses on the tasks at hand, and wants to build a great company together. The work culture is celebratory and jovial.
