KCPL was a great place to work, a place where people took pride in thier jobs. Since the merger between KCPL and Westar, the culture has suffered greatly. I see it everyday, in every aspect of this company. People are no longer happy to come to work.

They work hard, to keep the lights on, day in and day out! Through storms, plant shutdowns, long hours ect..
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Actually caring about the employees and not bowing down to the hostile investor groups Like Elliot Management. This group has done nothing but destroy great companies and collect a massive profit from the spoils.
