My Team is eager to learn and they are dedicated to the people below them, and even though they are under paid they work hard and with pride

What makes you most happy at work?
I get to chill. My supervisor is very understanding and professional. My coworkers are just the same. Stuck in the same boat. But overall, we feel comfortable here. The team wouldn't risk losing this job. It's not the worst. You get to work at home.
