I choose this company because I had heard that their commitment to their employees was unmatched. After being here for a little over a month I am 100% drinking the cool aid. Every single aspect of working here is amazing.

Driven, inspirational, and more aspirational than most

I love how transparent and open everyone is. After the first month we have I have already been to 3-4 meetings with the CEO. We have also met with every VP and each one has let us feel that we can talk to anyone of them.

The level of real transparency here from the leadership team is refreshing. Their decisions are performative either. When they say something, they back it up with actions.

On top of the full medical, vision, dental, and equity, Everlaw gives a $2000 a year stipend for education purposes.

Health, Dental, Vision is 100% paid for which is great and we're provided multiple avenues for personal growth and mental health services.

My team works as a true team

Everyone is not only open to it but many enjoy giving help. You really cant go a single day without someone offering help or asking how you are doing.

There's true open collaboration here and very little "politics." I feel free to be myself here without judgement.

The company culture is continually aspiring to become better and more inclusive

While we are required to learn this very complicated software, no one is expected to learn at any other pace than their own. We are constantly encouraged to find how we learn best and take it at our own pace.

Everyone has a say, from the day one new hire to the CEO, every person has an opportunity to provide input and is encouraged to do so.

They were very transparent. Nothing was a surprise and material was provided to study.

I had a chance to meet with most of my teammates and I was given the opportunity to ask multiple questions and even interview with the CEO if I wanted to.
