Everlight Solar Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I can live freely & have insurance that covers me and my family

Review from Customer Success Dept

Definitely my paycheck, I feel valued and because of that I’m passionate about this compa

The Long term investment plan

The sick and safe time for emergencies or last minute doctor appointments is amazing

all of the incentives for good performance

Review from Sales Dept

I believe we are all compensated fairly

Being provided food/snacks is huge because I've never gotten that at any other company. Also, being able to take a company vehicle home has been very helpful.

Love our incentives! Both staff and team incentives are a huge motivator!

Review from Customer Success Dept

The Paid Time Off benefits

Review from Design Dept

The long term investment plan

Review from Sales Dept

I appreciate that we are reimbursed for work related travel

Review from Marketing Dept

Everything is the best part

I really enjoy knowing what I'll be getting paid each month.

The food, drinks and tools they provide us with

LTI plan is cool. They have put time into making it into something that will benefit us as the company grows

Getting benefits as a Sales recuirter

have a safety net but also have the opportunity to make way more than that

I am compensated immensely for the hard work that I do

Review from Sales Dept

Apprenticeship program and staff incentive plan.

Everything they have for us is epic

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Underpaid in my current role on the team, Getting a fair pay increase would certainly help alleviate that

I wish there would be more awareness to what they are paying us. We can't speak up to ask for raises or its considered black mail. I wish I could full comfortable asking for a raise

Review from Customer Success Dept

The pay is fairly low even with raises.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Benefits with my job would be nice

Review from Sales Dept

Say that there are opportunities for growth, but when asking for more responsibilities, they don't provide any. So really hard to make more money too.

Benefits. More PTO days

Our team juggles so many responsibilities, and compared to the in-person rate, I feel like we should be compensated just as much. Between daily tasks and different projects, I think being paid the in-person rate would be fair and make sense.

Review from Admin Dept

I feel like the work that I do is very crucial to the company, and my compensation does not reflect the hard work, time, and dedication that I put in

I applied to another position, and I believe I am under compensated for my current position. However, if I moved positions I would be more happy with my compensation as it would be more aligned with my personal goals.

It would be nice to be paid more since there is no 401K/retirement

Many more hours worked than compensated for. Less hours or more pay would balance out

The amount of work I do does not compare to my salary. I am also doing other people's work and work overtime to ensure that things are due in a timely matter.

Review from Sales Dept

Work load balance doesn’t compare to salary rate. Responsibilities have dramatically increased with no pay increase. If given the opportunity to earn commission + salary/hourly or pay increases annually would encourage employees to want to grow with and within the compan

Review from Design Dept

Lack of wage transparency and raises

I believe that yearly raises are extremely important, and the fact that we need to ask for them/don't necessarily get them when we do ask can be very discouraging, especially as a lead when you are putting in many overtime hours throughout the year with no overtime pay.

We're pushed to be our own engines but sometimes we have more on our plate than we are being compensated for.

Review from Marketing Dept

I would appreciate raises that were mentioned during onboarding.

Review from Marketing Dept

I think it would be nice to have yearly raises as well as increase with pay as the cost of living increases

Review from Marketing Dept

The main reason is because I struggle to pay my bills but I show up and do my best every day for Everlight.

Review from Admin Dept

I don’t feel like I’m not valued as an employee, I just have a hard time paying my bills and raises are few and far betw
