Reimbursing extra costs such as bookclub, mailing materials (dependent on role), etc. Communicating expectations amongst whole team instead of just individuals, causing unfair treatment.
Leaders seem to lead by a script handed down to them by the executives. They pride themselves on friendly check-ins but when it comes to workplaces matters, there is a lack of communication and what you do get is vague.

Acting like business professionals while on team calls. Be respectful of time. Stop group messaging at crazy hours of the day to the entire department.

Say that there are opportunities for growth, but when asking for more responsibilities, they don't provide any. So really hard to make more money too.
I feel like some are lazy and let others pick up the rest of the slack. It's not right to have those teammates and you're getting paid the same amount? Unfair.

Actual competitive pay and comprehensive benefits. They say we are full time regular employees, yet we are treated like contractors with low pay.
I feel micromanaged and like I am not trusted to competently do my job. Executives and other higher ups will come in with urgent "911" needs at the end of day and pressure to stay working later to fulfill the request even though it easily could have waited until the next business day.

Time management can be improved massively, as well as pay. There are also a few meetings that aren't productive and cut into working hours.
