What do you like best about the leadership team?
Loving everyone - so organized and helpful for being remote
The leadership team is confident in the companies mission and their decisions have been carefully calculated which has given me confidence in the company’s directio
He really seem to care about me as an employee and not just my production
I trust them to make the right decisions for the company
Smart, ambitious, demanding, supportive. We have great leadership focused on team-building and execution.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Having one! Pto/benefits/extras - they really care
Great stock compensation, free health insurance, good pay. If you contribute here, you can make an excellent living.
Unlimited PTO and paid medical/dental premiums are huge.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Benefits need to be offered
Compensation was significantly below market value for the position.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone works hard, weak links don't make it. Great humor to keep things lighter, but my teammates produce. Limited egos and constructive discussions.
My team is collaborative and a lot of fun to work with. I love the impact we all have together.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Working from home but communicating regularly with team and managers
Everyone is working towards a common goal within the team.
We're centered on data, so no one is judged based on who likes who. We're either getting the job done or we're not. This creates alignment that keeps everyone upbeat and transparent.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

What did you like most about the interview process?
I was able to do it remote
It was straight forward and clear. I learned a lot about the company.
They care deeply about who they hire, no one skates in here. It was really tough to make it through all the interviews, but worth it.
The personal touch from the recruiters and hiring managers.

What makes you most happy at work?
Ny pay. The job itself. My managers. The products
I know what I need to do to help the company, my teammates and myself succeed. I feel like what I'm doing makes an impact and is important. I feel purpose and support.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Customer reviews are horrible. They are classic lead gen data harvesting experiences so the end user is just bombarded with communication.
