Mr. Leon J. Olivier has been Executive Vice President of Enterprise Energy Strategy and Business Development of Eversource Energy since August 2014 and of Eversource Energy Service Company (???Eversource Service???) since August 2014, and as a Director of Eversource Service since January 2005. He has been a Director of ESCO TECHNOLOGIES INC since May 5, 2014. Mr. Olivier served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Eversource Energy from 2007 until September 2014, and of Eversource Service from May 2008 until August 2008. He was Chief Executive Officer of NSTAR Electric Company and NSTAR Gas Company from April 2012 until August 2014, of The Connecticut Light and Power Company (???CL&P???), Public Service Company of New Hampshire (???PSNH???), Western Massachusetts Electric Company (???WMECO???) and Yankee Gas Services Company (???Yankee Gas???) from January 2007 until August 2014, and of CL&P from September 2001 until September 2014. He was a Director of NSTAR Electric and NSTAR Gas from November 2012 until September 2014, of PSNH, WMECO and Yankee Gas from January 2005 until September 2014, and of CL&P from September 2001 until September 2014. Mr. Olivier was Executive Vice President of Operations of the company from February 2007 until May 2008, and of Eversource Service from January 2007 until May 2008. He has served as a Director of Eversource Energy Foundation, Inc. since April 2006. He also served in the United States Navy submarine service. He serves as a director of Essex Financial Services, Essex, Connecticut, and the New England Air Museum. Mr. Olivier has served as a Trustee of the NSTAR Foundation since April 2012.Mr. Olivier has a Master of Business Administration degree from Northeastern University. Mr. Olivier has over 40 years of utility industry experience. Mr. Olivier has acquired broad experience in all aspects of strategy and operations from a 30-year career in the utility industry, including conventional and nuclear generation, renewable energy development (hydro, wind and solar), electric and gas transmission, distribution and development, and Smart Grid strategy and design.
