Kenneth Rodi — Executive VP & President of Products Segment at Evoqua Water Technologies

Mr. Kenneth Rodi, also known as Ken, has been the Executive Vice President and President of Products Segment at EWT Holdings I Corp. since October 2016. Mr. Rodi has been Executive Vice President and Products Segment President at Evoqua Water Technologies LLC since October 2016. He joined Evoqua in May 2016. Mr. Rodi served as President of Aquatics & Disinfection Division at Evoqua Water Technologies LLC from October 2016 to August 17, 2017. Mr. Rodi has responsibility for the development and execution of strategies to accelerate growth in commercial aquatics, industrial and municipal water treatment end markets which go to market under a variety of well-known brands, including Neptune Benson and Wallace and Tiernan. Mr. Rodi served as Chief Executive Officer of Neptune-Benson, Inc. since 2013 until April 2016. Mr. Rodi joined Evoqua with the acquisition of Neptune Benson in April 2016. Mr. Rodi held leadership roles at multiple companies, including as President of Food and Beverage Systems at SPX Corporation from 2011 to 2013, President of SPX Flow Technology Europe, Middle East and Africa from 2009 to 2011 and President of SPX Process Equipment from 2007 to 2009. Mr. Rodi served as Vice President of Business Development for SPX Flow Technology from 2005 to 2007. Mr. Rodi has held various positions in Business Development, M&A and Finance in a number of industries including manufacturing, pharmaceutical and consumer products. Mr. Rodi holds a BS in Accounting from Marquette University.
