Understanding of home life, not too pushy on days off.
Good communication and they genuinely care
The leadership team is approachable and accessible. They understand how each of the employees contribute and the difference we all make together.
They seem like real people.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to realize that non managerial position employees are people, not robots.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits the employee stock purchase plan and 401k match
Compensation is based on performance of the employee and company. It is very fair.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A lot of pay inequity
I took over additional accounts without an increase so I should be paid what atleast what the previous reps were making at the position above mine
Very stressful job there aleays rushing you in the morning and i just train a new imployee making same amount of money as i am with no experience
Our pay is not commensurate with the national average for our jobs

My coworkers have a poor attitude because our immediate management team is ineffective at their job

High performance culture where employees are empowered for success
You don't get in trouble for making mistakes
If the employees are healthy and happy, then they will work more efficiently

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management needs to have a better understanding that the employees are people. Management needs to be a bit more lenient towards the employees concerning personal matters.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The meetings were scheduled efficiently, everyone showed up on time and all interviewers stated the same mission and goal.

My job is fun. The people I work with are great. I am given responsibilities and I'm not micromanaged.
