Snehal Desai — Chief Growth Officer & Executive VP at Evoqua Water Technologies

Mr. Snehal Desai has been Chief Growth Officer and Executive Vice President of Evoqua Water Technologies Corp. since January 16, 2018 and is oversee Evoqua Corporate Strategy, M&A, RD&E, Strategic Marketing, Corporate and Marketing Communications, Cross-Selling, and the smart water efforts. He has been Executive Vice President and Chief Growth Officer of Evoqua Water Technologies LLC since January 2018. Mr. Desai served as Vice President of Business of Segetis, Inc. Mr. Desai served as a Global Commercial Director of NatureWorks, LLC. He served as Commercial Vice President of NatureWorks, LLC (also known as Cargill Dow Llc.). He has more than 21 years of progressive leadership experience in the plastics, chemicals and renewable materials industries, used to lead all aspects of commercial and business development for Segetis. Prior to joining Segetis in June 2008, Mr. Desai was Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of NatureWorks LLC. He led strategic development and global execution of the marketing, sales and development teams for the NatureWorks during an explosive growth period from 2003 to 2008. Previously with The Dow Chemical Company, he held various positions in sales, marketing, business development and TS&D in the Specialty Chemicals, Plastics, E-Business and New Business Growth divisions. Mr. Desai served as Chairman of the Board of the Association of Strategic Alliance Professionals (A.S.A.P.), and has held a variety of leadership positions there since 1998. He served as a Director of Segetis, Inc. Mr. Desai received bachelor's degrees in chemistry and chemical engineering from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
