some of the executive managers are good profesionals, but very limited by the most important topic to acomplish everyday in the company: do and say what CEO prefers. Some of them finally are clones of him.
Change everybody. It needs a new culture with less politics less cronyism and less sycophants
They all need more customer centric, HRM better less cronyism, rally and licks feet.
If you are not a member of the sycophants team you don't have a future in Exact
They should go to a boot camp and Learn from the beginning the meaning of the word fellowship
Coworkers are your worst enemy here. Even more dangerous than your managers. Internal fights are exhausting.
Be much less sycophants if posible
Fire all the old managers and also all the asslickers
Put the focus in the customer instead of the managers. Fire the toxic coworkers . Implement a more collaborative culture.

It is necessary focus in the customer, empower the employees careers, and for ti to cut all the managers from CEO to three levels down,
Sell less lies to the interviews
It needs to be more professional. less clientelism
specially the resellers are tired and disgusted about the company. the end customers initially fall in love thanks to our marketing image. But they wake up into a nightmare when they receive a project.
Jump to another company is the only solution due this terrible toxicity
