It is insane. A lot of money without taxes
As a Dutch company salary and benefits are one of the best things in this destiny.

It was not decided by my direct manager
As the recruitment process was managed by a very proffesional external company the process was very profesional. Otherwise the position had being filled by a friend of the managers.
