What do you like best about the leadership team?
100% women owned and ran
Approachable and supportive. Never once felt left in the lurch. When I call my supervisor, she either answers right away or gets back to me immediately.
The girls in the office are always kind and quick to help
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They really need to get better with they're communication! They literally called me 1 hour before I was supposed to head into work to tell me that because of low production we will not be needed today or tomorrow!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Very nice compensation benefit package
Commission is fair, but does not perpetuate competitive behavior.

It is nice group to with with
Information is clear and when I need clarification, answers are direct.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My co-workers and I all work together great!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nice and friendley group to work with
Positive reinforcement and constructive guidance. I have never felt like I was doing things wrong when being corrected.
When we work we work 4 10 hour days! And for the most part we all get along great!
