What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Like I said if they communicated with us better then things would be alot better!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
When we work we work 4 10 hour days! And for the most part we all get along great!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They really need to get better with they're communication! They literally called me 1 hour before I was supposed to head into work to tell me that because of low production we will not be needed today or tomorrow!
