Literally everything needs to change.

The person of contact was great
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
You do the jobs of multiple people, you get no breaks except a 30 min lunch. If you go to the bathroom too much or spend a little too much time in the restroom you get chewed out. You're not even allowed to speak to co-workers unless it's through jabber where you can be monitored.
