What should I wear for an interview at Exago Inc.?
While we have a casual dress environment you should always dress a bit above for an interview but leave the suit and tie at home
Business attire
Jeans and a nice t-shirt are all that are asked for but feel free to dress it up as well if you like but definitely no ties

Exago realizes the needs of today's employee to balance between life and work. When you need to work from home or come in late, no problem so long as you're willing to help out the other way when needed.

There are multiple stages. First a phone screen, then one or more in-person interviews, with different members of upper management and usually with some potential coworkers in the same team.
