What do you like best about the leadership team?
Enviorment and bosses are great, if they cared about how much you were paid.
Rational and experienced, open to modern thinking.
Even with working from home, management has been supportive and makes sure to check in with me to see how I'm doing. I often reach out with questions and they're always willing to help.
Mostly supportive, they are always one call away
There are many opportunities to learn and grow.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Sharing the wealth. They are greedy and keep all of the money for themselves. It is not at all uncommon for an individual on the sales team to not have received even a cost of living raise in 5-10 years
The leadership team lacks leadership
They need educated people who are actually intelligent. The people they put in management have no management skills and no education! The lack of skills and education really shows.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Market competitive for salary and hybrid work model
It is a fair package.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is no employee recognition, no culture. They do not appreciate the work we do all day of everyday.

Some of the people I work with are really nice people who are just trapped inside this machine they can't get out of
Honest, hard working people who genuinely care.
Everyone is eager and willing to help each other out. Very positive team environment.

Improved communication and professionalism would make teamwork stronger. I believe we’d work better together by maintaining respect, focusing on the job, and creating a more supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable asking questions and learnin

Work from home is positive
Everyone is encouraging and helps each other out.
There are social events and outings to bring people together.

Management was easy to talk to and did not make the interview intimidating.

Feeling appreciated and not over worked
I am happy to help our clients.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We are struggling with a lack of staff and can't service our customers, giving very bad service. It costs money to hire though, and they won't spend it
