Compliance and ethics need much more emphasis
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Group insurance program, paid holidays, and vacation time
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation as a total package is poor - benefits, 401K, lack of educational benefit, etc.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Experience of many is excellent for assignment
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My co-workers are generally awesome - unfortunately, everyone is overworked so it is difficult to truly accomplish anything. Leadership needs to get aligned and choose the important few goals -- if everything is important, nothing is important

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More positive employee relations and top leadership that believes more in collaboration
management bullying has to stop, firing Koelsch is a start

Actual questions about experiences and not gotcha type interrogation

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Multiple bankruptcies and now new owners who bought after Corp shed Environmental liabilities through bankruptcy
Lack of clear achievable goals agreed upon by leadership. Pick three main goals and drive for them - morale and performance will improve.
