Doesn’t micro-manage, provides solid leadership, and celebrates wins. Provides good feedback on areas of improvement and is supportive of the culture and tools needed to keep people excited in order to retain the best talent.

Culture is one of the best things about working at Experience. I’d put it up against any company out there. Team first, supportive, and people step up to get things done no matter the situation. People genuinely care for one another and work together to build great things.
