Being contacted for pilots and projects for the consulting company.

It would be nice if we could discuss theories, new features, issues, etc. vocally rather than by a chat screen only.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have not received a cost of living raise in the almost 3 years that I have worked for this company.
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping a customer and hearing them inform me of how happy they are with the service that I provided. Basically positive acknowledgement from my customers, peers, or management.
