Variable comp plan and commission
Uncapped earning potential, the base salary is garbage but the commissions are decent.

My team is an amazing and eclectic group ranging in age, ethnicity, and background, all working together to find work for people - and we get paid for it! How could we not enjoy working here as a team?

It would be nice if we could discuss theories, new features, issues, etc. vocally rather than by a chat screen only.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We enjoy a very good company culture where physical and mental health is key and ranked above bottom line far more than many companies out there. We are always encouraged to take a step back if and when needed for personal health and family needs.

The managing director isn't up for the job

Our leadership team ensures that every potential team member gets interviewed by management as well as potential peers to ensure there is a talent fit as well as cultural fit for the team and company.
I interviewed with both the Managing Director as well as the Regional VP
The management listened to me and acted quickly, proving their dedication, their responsibility, and the seriousness they take the hiring process from a candidate perspective
