What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We enjoy a very good company culture where physical and mental health is key and ranked above bottom line far more than many companies out there. We are always encouraged to take a step back if and when needed for personal health and family needs.

Our leadership team ensures that every potential team member gets interviewed by management as well as potential peers to ensure there is a talent fit as well as cultural fit for the team and company.

I interviewed with both the Managing Director as well as the Regional VP
