Lots of encouragement on days entire department goals are wanting to hit in one day.

Lots of rude behavior and mean girl cliques within the captains and captains treating team members differently based on there friendships.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love what i do. But the new personalities hired after covid is not so friendly and also is not team focused.
