You can never say that anyone in leadership behaves as though they are better than anyone else. They are always approachable. They always have time to answer ANY questions you might have. Kudos to the CEO for setting this example!

They are very transparent and communicate frequently and clearly to everyone. They are in synch with objectives, and they are all approachable. They say hello and call you by name when you pass them in the hallway. They are everyone's peer as well and executives.
It's a fair package considering some conditions unique to Experlogix. People Ops are constantly trying to improve the benefits package and employee experience. As business climate changes, so does the package, and it's clear they are always trying to make it better for employees.

Work/Life balance is important to the company. I'm not expected to work more than 40 hours, but it is appreciated if I have to from time to time to meet a client deadline. Effort is noticed and acknowledged by all levels of leadership.
