Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Payroll distribution time are fixed and thats better for everyone.
Compared to other consulting firms I believe salary could have been a littlw betyer. But pay is timely and bever gets delayed. Plus we have jncentives also.
Salary is very low compared to work demanded. Work pressure is high too.
