Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Payroll distribution time are fixed and thats better for everyone.
Compared to other consulting firms I believe salary could have been a littlw betyer. But pay is timely and bever gets delayed. Plus we have jncentives also.
Salary is very low compared to work demanded. Work pressure is high too.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
A great company culture where you feel valued and appreciated. Valuable support from the team and from superiors. Flexibility in timing helps me manage work-life balance. Timely payments give assurance of fair company policy. Overall great place for WFH
